Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with MyAIfounder. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our subscription plans.

1. Overview

Pentragrid Technologies Private Limited strives to ensure complete satisfaction with the MyAIfounder platform. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Monthly Subscriptions: Billed every 30 days. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions: Billed once per year. Eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
Waitlist / Early Access: Any fees paid during early access or beta phases are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of payment.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers on annual plans may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment.
Technical Issues: If a verified technical failure on our end prevents you from using the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund.
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
Refunds are not available for monthly subscription plans once the billing period has started.
Refunds are not available for add-ons, one-time purchases, or usage-based charges.

To request a refund, email us at billing@myaifounder.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
Include your registered email address, order/transaction ID, and the reason for your refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension pending resolution.
We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
