By accessing or using the MyAIfounder platform ("Service") operated by Pentragrid Technologies Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

MyAIfounder is an AI-powered C-suite automation platform designed for founders and entrepreneurs.
The Service provides AI-driven executive functions including but not limited to: strategic planning, financial analysis, marketing strategy, and operational guidance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
You may not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without our written consent.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pentragrid Technologies Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.
Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without our prior written consent.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.
All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pentragrid Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pentragrid Technologies Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
